About Long Term Asset Management Inc.

Long Term Asset Management Inc. is a privately held Alberta company actively engaged in the acquisition, operation, and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in Western Canada. LTA has been in business since 2013 and currently operates in Southern Alberta. It has two natural gas processing plants, along with over 200 wells, in the Claresholm, Nanton, and High River areas. It also has over 200 wells and a compressor station in the Brooks area.

Amalgamation

Effective October 1, 2023 Long Term Asset Management Inc. amalgamated with Birchwood Resources Inc. and Eastend Energy Corp. (including all assets and liabilities of Road 53 Resources). The amalgamated company continues to operate as Long Term Asset Management Inc.
