High River, Alberta

​​​​​LTA operates and has an interest in over 50 producing wells, with a positive LLR rating, in the High River area. LTA operates and has a 100% working interest in a 10 mmcf/d refrigeration gas plant at 12-31-16-28W4M. LTA net production is 6,000 mcf/d of natural gas and 150 bbl/d of condensate from this facility for a total area production of 1,150 boe/d. Production comes mainly from the Mannville group of sands. The natural gas production is rich in NGLs, and the high heat content results in a natural gas sales price premium per mcf.

All production is very long life with yearly declines of 10% or less. LTA has a high working interest in the production from this area and processes all of its output through the company-owned facilities at 12-31-16-28W4.

12-31-16-28W4M Gas Plant - 100% WIO

LTA has a 100% working interest in a newly constructed 10 mmcf/d refrigeration gas plant at 12-31-16-28W4M. LTA generates income at this facility by processing third-party volumes.
